Year Three
Reflective Handwriting is a comprehensive seven-book series crafted to support the development of essential skills for writing in the Foundation Handwriting style. This K-6 sequential program is designed to align with NSW syllabus guidelines, offering a structured progression that ensures a solid foundation in handwriting mastery.
Each book in the Reflective Handwriting series is thoughtfully designed with a thematic approach to engage and inspire students. Throughout the series, we have integrated a variety of stunning First Nations artworks by Steven Jabaljarri Sutton, alongside references to a First Nations language.
Our goal is to cultivate cultural appreciation, understanding, and respect among all students. The inclusion of First Nations content not only promotes a sense of belonging for First Nations students but also offer non-Indigenous students a valuable opportunity to learn about and connect with Australia’s First Nations peoples. Additionally, teachers will find this content highly relevant to the Human Society and its Environment Syllabus, enriching their curriculum with meaningful and diverse perspectives.
